i found the staff attentive. my room was very spacious and impeccably clean. i received complimentary toiletries daily, a nice touch. the rooftop area offered a relaxing escape with convenient bar service.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local spots. i appreciated that the staff spoke spanish to me when i attempted to speak spanish with them. the hotel's history is interesting. The location is great for walking to various attractions.
The room was a bit basic. It lacked sufficient space for storing toiletries and other personal items.

I wasn't thrilled with our room. The sound insulation was poor, and street noise disturbed my sleep. I requested a new kettle three times, but they never replaced it. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
